• Transaction data — records of the purchases you make. We do not store your full payment card details; card payments are handled by our payment provider (see section 5).
• Enrolment data — where you request free access as an LAT student, information we use to verify your enrolment with London Academy of Trading.
• Technical & usage data — limited technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the platform, collected to keep the service secure and working correctly.

3. How & Why We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes and on the following lawful bases:

• To provide the service — creating and administering your account, granting access to the trading tools, and processing your annual subscription or lifetime purchase. Lawful basis: performance of a contract with you.
• To verify LAT enrolment — confirming eligibility for free student access with London Academy of Trading. Lawful basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in granting the correct level of access.
• To communicate with you — sending service and account messages (such as sign-up confirmations, renewal notices, and important updates). Lawful basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in administering the service.
• To keep the service secure and improve it — maintaining security, preventing misuse or account sharing, and understanding how the platform is used. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable service.
• To meet legal obligations — such as accounting, tax, and responding to lawful requests. Lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Marketing Communications

Where we send you marketing communications, we will do so in accordance with your preferences and applicable law. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing will not stop essential service and account messages that we need to send to administer your access.

• Service delivery & billing support — Financial Source (Trading Media Ltd, Company No. 11284093), which supports payment and service delivery on our behalf.
• London Academy of Trading — for verifying student enrolment where you request free access.
• Infrastructure & operational providers — hosting, email delivery, and similar service providers that help us operate the platform.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

6. International Transfers

Some of our providers may process your data outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection, for example by relying on UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses (including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) as appropriate.
